concrete repair, stamped concrete
+ 0 moreSteps on front porch were bowed. Drain under sidewalk was not connected to drain at base of gutter. Garden box on side of house was filled with construction fill. Lawn was destroyed both in front and back of house. Top of porch was not level. Contracter requested $470 more than agreed upon price. Contracter promise to return and connect drain and remove extra fill in garden box on Dec 4 but never showed up. Drain under front sidewalk was installed 12" lower than remainder of drain tile forcing water to go uphill. May freeze and crack concrete. Stamped patio looked nice. These issues have not been resolved.
Description of Work: poured concrete for small front porch,steps, back stamped patio and sidewalk from driveway to patio and sidewalk from driveway to porch.
