Description of Work: Was scheduled to open my pool Fri., June 21. Never showed up - never called. The past couple of years he had been extremely reliable. Have a feeling that since he got on Angie's List he has been overwhelmed with jobs, cannot say no and has just taken on too much. He did call Sat. afternoon. When asked where he was Fri and why he didn't call - he said he forgot. Sorry, Keith, I can't do business with people like that.

 + -1 moreMy pool's heater had some little connection thing that broke. He fixed it within an hour and also told his assistant to scoop the leaves out of my pool (no charge) just because it was a kind thing to do.
Description of Work: A Pool Service has been opening and closing my pool every year for the last 4 or 5 years. FINALLY, I have found a really good service. I could tell you plenty of horror stories about some others outfits! The guy who owns the company comes to all service calls, like when my heater doesn't make it perfectly through a rough winter. He is often there for a routine opening and closing in their super busy weeks. He is responsive to my phone calls within a day or two, whereas other services had me waiting for weeks! In a short Buffalo summer! Rates are reasonable, certainly in line with, and sometimes lower than my former, now rejected service providers were. I love this company! Have had my pool for 25 years and only lately have I found a GOOD POOL GUY! But that experience gives me good perspective to share with others.

 + -1 moreHe is wonderful, punctual, polite and does a thorough job. I wish I had him working on my pool years ago. He returns calls and show up.
Description of Work: He opens my pool, closes my pool and fixes parts. He was out today to fix something.
