We are a heating & air conditioning company, est. 1929 by my great grandfather. We are A+ Accredited rated with the BBB & a member of the HOME IMPROVMENT COUNCIL OF WNY. We offer 24 hour emergency service. We offer a senior discount. Service calls are usually COD unless previous arrangements have been made. Everything was done to our satisfaction. Family owned business. Very knowledgible. They gave us some great advise to completely eliminate our basement moisture issues. The work was done promplty and efficiently. Very clean and organized set up. We are very pleased. The owners were always available to answer any questions or concerns. Very easy to deal with. High quality equipment installed. Looks great.
Description of Work: new build home installation. Heating. Installed furnace Installed A/C unit. Dehumidifier, and laundry ventilation. installed home ventillation.

Description of Work: Furnace was not working. They sent a technician to perform an analysis and give advice about how to proceed. Technician was knowledgeable and clear, explained the situation and offered a few different solutions.

Description of Work: Called for a quote on price. Told 80 something for first hour and 60 something for every additional(Don't remember exact price still). Technician looked at furnaces for 30 minutes and I was charged almost 120. Wouldn't recommend.

In response to your complaint. 1st, I have to ask why after a January 29 2015 service call you are now lodging a complaint. 2nd, we discussed our labor rates at the time of your service request and you did not seem to have any problems with that. 3rd, we inspected two (2) furnaces, one of which is very old and needs quite a bit of repair work, or as advised to you, should be replaced due to age & cost of repairs. The second furnace, we repaired as needed and had the heat operational again. We had to send a service tech and truck to your residence and inspect two (2) pieces of equipment. The true charge was $110 plus sales tax for a total of $119.63. We stand by the service we provide and the price we charge. We are sorry you are not satisfied with the pricing, even after it was quoted to and accepted by you.

Roehrig is a family business and I like the fact the father or son usually will call us for the details of the problem. Most importantly, they understand our house and systems. We have used them several times since 2007 to service, repair and replace our HVAC systems. We have always been satisfied on the quality, professionalism and pricing.

Installation of furnace went smoothly and was efficiently done. We feel we can rely on this businessman for quality work.
Description of Work: Provider will install air conditioning. Mr. Roehrig installed a high efficiency furnace in our home in 2001 for the price above. He has a depth of knowledge and willingly explains what needs to be done and what he is doing. He has also performed checkups on the furnace since that time--the last time was in November 2012. We're pleased with the furnace's performance and look forward to having air conditioning installed within the next few weeks.

They were recommended to me by a friend who does plumbing. They are really knowledgeable and seem to be on top of their game. The stuff that they recommended were pretty creative solutions for heating and air systems. When they came to do the work they came and worked hard fast. They made a huge mess that they cleaned up effectively everyday. Their price was pretty reasonable for what we got.
