+ -1 moreA-Authentic Repair set me up with an appointment and called the morning of appointment to confirm. Arrived exactly when they said they would, had needed parts on truck and did the required repair right away. They were pleasant and the price was fair, I will call them again when needed. Am happy to have someone to go to who is reliable I put their phone number in my cell.

+ -1 moreOpener is now connected to garage door with a connecting rod that appears too large and hangs down into head space of the garage, posing a hazard to anyone who walks under the opener who is taller than about 5'10". I have never seen an opener connected in this way and when I finally had the time and energy to call about it, I was told that the "work was out of warranty" and there would be a service charge to come out and take a look at it.
