PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO CALL THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! There is a single guy who owns this company. His name is Rick I called him to come out and look at the springs over my old wooden garage door. So he told me an hour,he actually was there early and beat me home from the store. That is about the only good thing he did. First off thank god my fiance was home when he came. Now I specifically told him that it was a old heavy wood garage door with windows. Well what do you know,he tries to lift it up from the Inside and puts his shoulder through one my windows. And to this point he didn't apologize to my fiance for breaking . Now I show up to the house, and before he came I told him I had purchased the springs. I was calling his company because I needed it done and I needed a company to do it. Well from the minute I showed up he is rude and cndescending to me about the springs. Saying to me how he shouldn't help me because I already had the springs. I had them attached to the rafters already and had the job half done. He even told me I did it right. Isn't that the point of calling a company when you cant do something yourself. Well he wasn't even there 20 minutes and he had one side done and was working on the other one. So I asked him about the broken window and he lied and said the garage door fell and it broke. So I told him that he would have to fix it because he broke it. And that I wouldn't pay him unless he fixed that to. Well then he started swearing, yelling and calling me all kinds of names i felt threatened. He said that he would have to charge me to replace the window he broke. And that he was done with the job and not going to do anymore. At this point he started to blame me saying that the window must have been weak and that who cares about the window because your place is a wreck anyway. So he threw his stuff in his truck and pulled out. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone even my worst enemy. I have never in my life been treated like that. It was like something out of a movie. So I suggest you do not use this company at all. I am shocked that he get business the way he acts. His reviews online seem fake to me. Like his friend are doing him a favor I recommend you do yourself a favor and stay away!!!!.

Rick is awesome. Requested service on Saturday afternoon and he was here first thing Sunday morning. Work was excellent. Rick even adjusted the other door while he was here. Cannot say enough good things about his service.

He did a great job. We notice that when the door was closing, it was making a noise as it navigated the curve on the rail. We called Mr Larkin (Owner) and he sent his son right away to fix the minor problem. We have been using the door for last one week and it has functioned very well to our satisfaction.

The owner answered first time i called and came out the next day. He repaired a garage door we had never used on one of our rental properties that we were selling. I had other companies go out and said it could not be repaired and that we needed a new garage door costing over $1K. We called this company based on reviews and he was AMAZING. He came right out, said he could likely repair the door for $250. He not only got the door working, but also got the remote opener to work with 2 remotes. DO not call anyone else! He was fantastic, honest and prompt. Saved us tons of $$.

I called Rick today when one of my cables broke on my garage door. He was able to come and repair my garage the same the same day. I would definitely hire him again.

Garage door spring broke about 3pm on one of the coldest days of the year. I haven't owned the house to long and first time I needed a repair for the garage and wasn't sure who to call. Found A1 on here and gave them a call. I spoke with the owner and he was able to get somebody to my house within the hour and was fixed in another. Quick and courteous and my garage works great again.

They were able to fix it very quickly once they got here. They were almost an hour late however the owner had explained to me prior coming and again when they got here that they have been extremely busy so I was not surprised or annoyed. It took no more than 30 minutes to correct the problem

Called Rick L. mid afternoon Saturday(1/13/18) and he was at our house approximately 20 minutes later. Viewed the problem, provided an agreeable quote for the repairs and went right to work. Not only replaced the springs but added safety cables through the springs which should have been in place from the original install many years ago. Efficient, knowledgeable, easy going, great attention to detail, and does not try to oversell the needed repairs. It is reassuring to find trades people interested in fixing the problem without the need to "add the unnecessary extras". If you have a garage issue Rick is highly recommended to provide reliable service at a reasonable price.

Apparently the openers were not installed correctly by my contractor, Rick noticed immediately what the issue was and corrected it. Also the opener mounting was not rigid so he corrected that issue. All 3 doors needed lubrication, he did this and checked everything. Doors are now moving much quieter. He is very knowledgeable and would highly recommend his services, called Thursday, was here as promised on Friday, even a few minutes early.

Rick was awesome. Wa able to arrive much earlier than originally scheduled. In less than an hour, he had not only fixed the problem but had given the door a thorough inspection and fixed several things that this DIYer had done wrong. 0Also had needed parts stocked in his van. The visit probably added years to the lifespan of our door.and dramatically decreased the likelihood of further issue.

WONDERFUL!!!! He fixed the problem and serviced the whole door. He even replaced the bulbs in the garage door opener. He was here sooner than he said and was very professional and extremely polite. He replaced both springs and worked diligently to have the door work properly. It works better now than before he came. I would call him again and recommend him to anyone with garage door issues. 5 companies all told me I needed a new door, but he said I just needed a few parts replaced. Even a year later, the door is still working great! I am so impressed with his honesty!
