We have been service Fairfield, Westchester, and Putnam for almost 20 years! Our goal is to make each new customer a lifetime client by providing personal attention to each customers needs in a timely manner. We are determined to provide excellent service at a reasonable price with award winning steam cleaning. What sets us apart from other carpet cleaners is that we do all the work ourselves. IT WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WORK HARD. THEY SPEND A LOT OF ENERGY ON IT. THE CARPET LOOKS LIKE NEW WHEN THEY GET DONE. WHAT'S TO COMPLAIN ABOUT? THEY WERE FINE. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, POLITE, AND CAREFUL.

My overall experience was good. They showed up when they said they would. They got most of the furniture clean even though I was a little disappointed because it didn't all come out but some places were heavily soiled and thought for the price they would get it all out. They did come back at no extra charge and try and get the rest clean.
Description of Work: Cleaning of a couch, loveseat, chair and ottoman and 6 dining room chairs after being in storage for 4 months.

Came within a days notice around the holidays and cleaned the carpets. They looked as good as new. Very professional and knew what he was talking about when it came to the stains and the carpet.

I REALLY LOVE THIS COMPANY. THE CREW DOES OUTSTANDING WORK. I USE THEM ABOUT THREE TIMES A YEAR TO CLEAN THE CARPETS IN THE ENTIRE HOUSE. THEY ARE SO POLITE.

THEY WERE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, AND THEY CANCELLED ON ME BECAUSE THEY HAD FLOODING ISSUES WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER. THEY POSTPONED IT BECAUSE OF THE HURRICANE, BUT THEY HAVE COME BACK AND RESCHEDULED.

THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT WITH THEIR TIME. I WAS NOT THRILLED ABOUT THE WAY THEY CUT THE RUG, BUT THEY HELPED ME CHOOSE IT. I LOVE IT VERY MUCH. I WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. A VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND MOST OF ALL, REASONABLE FAMILY-OWNED COMPANY. BESIDES IT'S QUICK REMOVAL OF THE EXCESS WATER, THE COMPANY ALSO DOES A FANTASTIC JOB ON CARPETS.
