They have successfully reduced our mice problem, though they are not fully eliminated. After finding and hearing evidence of rodents we called them. They arrived on time and explained what services they would provide. It was either a single service with several follow-ups or a full year service contact for any pest except termites. They proceeded to lay down poison traps and on a follow up visit, snap traps in combination. It rapidly reduced the number of mice, and for a while we have been mouse free. Recently we have found another mouse in a snap trap. Overall it was fine, but $500 seems a lot for walking around and laying out a few traps, regardless of how often they come back. Even the serviceman was surprised (they don't handle cost/billing).

They generally do a good job when they come. I found them in the phone book. The only complaint I have is that the last time I called them regarding a bee problem, they put us off for a week even though my wife is allergic to bees.

After the exterminators came the first time, we saw a significant increase in yellow jacket activity, some of which was outside near the hive but also inside our house. They had cautioned us that would happen. One area seemed to resistant to the spray so we asked them to come back, which they agreed to do without any argument. The supervisor explained that the spray takes time (up to a couple of days) to be effective but scheduled a second appointment. The second team went over the same areas and re-inspected the first team's work. Very professional approach and friendly attitude and more than willing to explain process.

JP McHale Pest Management Inc used to be very good, but their residential service has significantly deteriorated. There work is not as effective as it used to be. They've gotten too big and are more concerned with commercial projects. The enviro care part deserves an f because it left big clumps of mortar on the stairs and cost several hundred dollars extra. I paid them on an annual contract.

I have found the work of this company to be very effective so I will continue to give them my business. They present themselves in a professional manner. They are polite. I feel comfortable with they people they send out to do the actual spraying and I think they charge prices that are in keeping with what they should be asking for this area.

They are very responsible and very hard working. I was pleased with the service and I would recommend them to anyone. They know exactly where to spray and do a great job with it. They are reliable, honest and the price is good too. I pay them per year.

This is a very professional company to deal with. They came right out, told us what they were going to do, and did it right. The price was reasonable and since then we haven t had a problem with this pest. I will use them again when and if I have to.

I did a lot of looking around at different companies before choosing which one I thought was the best. They are really good and I am very pleased with my decision. They were able to explain everything to me well and the price was reasonable as well. I am happy overall. I have a yearly contract with them.

The biggest problem I have with this company is that if I have ants in my sink, I am not going to use that room to cook or eat. I told them they could buy me dinners because I would not be dining in that area until they came out to rid the area of ants. Once they come, they are fine. I just need them to be more responsive and come in a quicker amount of time if I have a problem like ants in my sink.

This contractor does a great job of keeping the pests away from my home. They are punctual, very professional, and whenever I have been home to see them, always very courteous. I don t have pest problems because of them and although the price I show might not be exact, I can say they are very comparable to others in the area.

We feel like they do a good job of keeping the pests away from our home. The price seems to be in tune with the competition and the men are always clean and very professional. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a good pest control company.

Overpriced. Very long wait, with obnoxious advertisement, on telephone. We subsequently spread the same tick control substance ourselves. It took 15 minutes and cost less than $12. On the 2nd visit for wasp control, the technician looked for (and found!!) wasps nests in areas the 1st technician never looked at.

A neighbor of mine was doing construction. We were composting, and a rat made its way over. They took care of the problem and are currently working on a mouse problem. They offer environmentally friendly extermination.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND RELIABLE WHEN I CALLED. WE USE THEM EVERY YEAR FOR YEARLY WORK. THE PEOPLE SEEM VERY PROFESSIONAL AND GET THEIR WORK DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.

THEY ARE A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY PERFORM WHAT THEY NEED TO DO VERY WELL. WE HAD A TERMITE CENTRICON ON THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE. IT HAS SHOWN NO ACTIVITY, SO I DIDN'T THINK WE NEEDED IT. THEY MADE A CONCESSION TO PUT IT IN AS A PART OF ANOTHER COVERAGE. THEY WERE BAITING FOR TERMITES TO STOP THEIR ACTIVITY. THEY MADE CONCESSIONS TO LEAVE THEM IN PLACE, THE CENTRICONS.

THEY HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD. THEY ACTUALLY COME AT CERTAIN TIMES OF THE YEAR WITHOUT REQUEST. I HAVE SIX ADDITIONAL REQUESTS IN CONTACT. IT IS PREVENTIVE AND RESPONSIVE.

THEY ARE PROMPT WHEN I CALL THEM. HOWEVER, IF I HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM, THEY SHOULD BE CONTACTING ME AND PUTTING ME ON THEIR SCHEDULE. INSTEAD, I CALL THEM WHENEVER A PROBLEM ARISES.

I DONT CONSIDER THEM TO BE VERY THOROUGH. I GET THE IMPRESSION THAT THEY DO AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE AND THEN THEY LEAVE. I SAY THE PEOPLE OUT IN THE FIELD ARE NOT THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE COMPANY.

I THINK THAT THE PEOPLE YOU DEAL WITH ON THE PHONE ARE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. THEY USUALLY GIVE YOU A RANGE OF TIME. THEY ARE PRETTY PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY ALSO HAVE EXPERTS IN THEIR COMPANY AND THEY ARE VERY NICE TO WORK WITH.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. THEY DEFINITELY KNOW THEIR BUSINESS. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. IF YOU NEED THEM, THEY ARE THERE. EVEN THEIR TRUCKS ARE CLEAN.

THEYRE PRETTY GOOD. THEY DO THE WORK. I GUESS WHEN THEY COME AROUND AND SPRAY, THEY GET RID OF THE BUGS. I DONT SEE ANY AROUND THE HOUSE.

THEY TRIED TO BE VERY PROFESSIONAL, BUT I THINK THEY HAVE A LOT OF CLIENTS. THEY TEND TO NOT KEEP A HIGH LEVEL OF PERSONALIZED CONTACT WITH THEIR CLIENTS.

THEY COME WHILE I AM NOT HERE SO I NEVER SEE THEM. THEY DON'T GIVE YOU THAT MUCH INFORMATION IN TERMS OF WHAT THEY HAVE DONE. SOMETIMES THEY ARE HERE, BUT I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THEY HAD COME.

THEY WERE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. THEY HAD A FAIR PRICE. THEY DID THEIR JOB AND WERE ON TIME. THEY WERE WELL TRAINED. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND ELIMINATED THE PROBLEM.

OUR REALTOR THAT SOLD US THE HOUSE TURNED US ON TO THEM 19 YEARS AGO, AND THEY ARE JUST ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING. THEY COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO COME AND ARE RELIABLE. EVERYTHING IS RIGHT ABOUT THEIR OPERATION FROM THE FRONT OFFICE TO THE ACTUAL WORK. THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH.
