I call, they schedule and the technician shows up. Unlimited call ins are apart of my contract Good deal. I see real problem solving taking place when I've had to call them in. This last time was for the field mice. They just don't bait traps to catch those that have already entered the home. They actually look for the problem and tell you how to solve it or for a charge, solve it for you. I was shown the exit/entry route the mice are using to get in and out my home from around my foundation. I had an option: close the holes up myself or they'll do it for me. I closed the holes up myself. Follow up scheduled as per the technician who will more than likly be the same person. Prior exterminators have just dealt with the vermin population in residence. NO problem solving. I like the problem solving aspect. I realize that if I stop up the entries the mice are using then I won't need to call the technician back. I'm alright with that and so are they. Thats good business. I've stopped up the holes and the traps laid out are still empty. Hooray.

The house is 20 years old. The previous owner/builder could not recall last time the ducts were cleaned. I called for an estimate and was given a pricing formula based on number of vents. An inhouse inspection and estimate was offered, but I delined. A deposit was required to schedule the service Crew arrived on time, finished on time, and billed the remaining fee to the credit card on file. It went smoothly.

They do what they say they are going to do. They are professional, thorough, and do a great job. They are nice as well.

They came right away. They came pretty much immediately and set up the appointment immediately. They were pretty well-informed. I didn't really comparison shop.

They were rated highly on Angie's List, they were pricey but they took care of the yellow jackets and did a full treatment on the house. It cost quite a bit but it was a weekend service and an emergency call. The workers were fine.

I have a service contract for both termite and general pest control however I've just been informed that my $350plus contract for general pest control does not cover stink bugs - which are epidemic in my area. I have to pay $400. more for them to treat for the stink bugs, which puts me over $1,000 in the whole for annual pest control. I total rip off.

They are members of Enviro-Care and they have been very good. We have an annual contract with them for pest management and it has been going quite well. When we moved in we had a horrible rat infestation in our crawlspace and a small mice problem. It was partially due to the fact that our foundation was so porous and we have dealt with that. They have eradicated the rat problem and have the mice problem well under control. They have been very good and they have been reasonably priced. We recently got other quotes for pest control and JP Mchale matched their quote for service so we obviously kept with them. We pay them monthly.

They have been excellent and I never had to pay anything beyond the contract. Their price is a little high but they are the best in the area. There are a couple of others that do business in this area but I started with JP McHale because they were recommended and I never had any issues with them. They have been very proactive. They show up when some things has to be done. You really get the value out of that when you look at the price. I feel confident now because I love to see the value. If the less expensive contract works well then the more expensive will be the best. By looking at the service provider it's hard to read out but you look for the value for your money. They have been quite effective in dealing with ants and have been effective in dealing with crickets in certain areas. We have had mice rarely but they have done a great job of keeping them really out. They extract them and they come in with the white spark, but they don't over bill it. They are very friendly and very courteous. Their professionalism and friendliness is of topnotch. I guess there is a definite improvement that they can make on price but it is a special fee. I love it but I understand the price is high.

They put chemicals outside. I ended up catching them myself with a trap and cheese. It is fine now. There were a lot of young people who came and didn't know much. I had to tell them what to do sometimes. I had to call them back to finish the job they did incorrectly and then did some things myself.

Used Angie's List to scope out 3 vendors within area. Called a few and inquired about the plans and costs. Initially was going to use another vendor, due to lower cost of plan, however remembered that I have a crawl space and needed to make sure serviceman was willing to go into the crawl space. Had Initially set up an appointment but then called back to inform about the crawl space. Good thing I did, since person who was scheduled for the service had trepidation, so I canceled and decided to go with J P McHale since they assured me crawl space would not be a problem. Decided upon the HPP plan since carpenter ants are included. Serviceman was punctual, pleasant and very professional. Took about an hour....crawl space, front porch, attic, kitchen, and shed. Serviceman confirmed that we did not have a termite problem in crawl space. Ants in kitchen disappeared within 2 days as well as spiders. No longer see saw dust evidence of carpenter ants when it rains. Price was high initially ($580 including tax) but was told that subsequent cost for annual plans would $400 for the same plan.

We have a contract with them. They come to my home four times a year. They are very thorough. They check every spot inside and outside of the house for pests. They call you ahead of time to schedule the appointment. They are good about being on time.

They offered me a program to kill carpet beatles that they found. I paid a total of $938.72. I called them to let them know my daughter found a bedbug that was alive and I called them to explain my situation. They have not called me back. I?m going to have to call a different company to take care of the issue.

All dealings with the company were very professional. All appointments on time and questions readily answered. Fast installation of system. Next step is wait and see; to determine the success of the elimination of the termites which can take some time. The company will monitor system for termite activity every 3 months for the next 15 months under the contracted $1100 then have the otion to extend the contract at $335/year.

Evreything goes very well. With an annual contract, they will come out as much as you need them to.

Everything went well. They did a really good job of remediating the job in the crawlspace.

They have a good service. I'm very happy with their work. They come and do the work, and we don't have any termites. They seem to be very thorough and polite.

I usually have a contract with them to come as often and as much as needed. They are very reliable. They do the work.

The former residents of this house were already using JP McHale and we decided to continue with the contract. They have done a variety of jobs for us, and we are pleased with them overall. We have a yearly contract with them and if we have any particular concern we can call them up and they would come over to fix it. They are pretty quick in scheduling us, and the person who had come to get rid of the bees was right on time and had done a good job. The people who have come out have been really thorough in their respective work.

We've used them for two years now and will continue to use them in the future. The employees are incredibly knowledgable. The gentleman that comes to our house most often studies entymology and knows all about how the bees behave, where they are, and most importantly (for us) how to get rid of them. We tried another exterminating service before settling with JP McHale and JP McHale is so much better. In addition to the courtesy and knowledgable employees they send out on the job, the people at the call center are absolutely wonderful.

When the pest control company from White Plains, NY did not show up, I called a more local exterminator, JP McHale. The person who answered the call was very pleasant and checked to see if anyone could come that afternoon. She told me Peter would be here by 3:00, and he was. He is a friendly, pleasant person, who quickly analyzed the droppings and told me they were from a vole (similar to a mole). He said that I didn't need an exterminator, just a couple of mousetraps would do it. There was no charge. I liked the fact that he responded to my call so quickly, and that he seemed to know his business. So, I showed him the termite baits that had been put down by the other pest control company about two years ago, and also a place in the wall where they had popped through a hole this past summer. He told me if I see them again, he has a box he will push into the wall which will kill them. He also told me the baits that are being used won't work, and the reason why (which I don't want to go into here). I was really impressed, and I will call him in the Spring to get rid of my termites at last.

We have problems with bees. J P McHale seems to really look for the nests and really take care of the problem efficiently. The technicians are very friendly. They will explain everything that is going on, as far as the bee activity and such.

I am very satisfied with the service.

They followed up with phone calls to make sure that I was satisfied. They gave me advice. They seemed anxious to have me pleased with their work. The effectiveness of their work was very good. I was very pleased with all that they did.
