Description of Work: Price may seem expensive for vent cleaning but I had it done in the past with a special and was not happy. McHale showed up on time, 2 guys were here for 4 hours and a third showed up to do dryer vent which took him 45 min. I live in a 3 bedroom condo. Theses guys never stopped, they were great and made me realize previous cleaning was a joke! Thanks to the guys at McHale's for a job well done!

Description of Work: We had a service contract with JP McHale for over 10 years while living in Norwalk and Stamford, CT. They consistently provided excellent service throughout that period, for great value. It was money well spent; would definitely use them again in the future. We only stopped using them when we moved out of state, but we even purchased an annual contract for the buyer of our last home as part of the transaction.

Description of Work: I found evidence of mice which freaked me out. Called JPMcHale and they came out the very next day. The tech took the time to explain how the bait traps worked and alleviated my concerns about my pets accessing the poison. He examined the whole house and found little micey calling cards elsewhere. Scheduled a repeat service call for a week later and now I have another appointment in a week to check progress. Extremely pleased with the response time, professionalism, and patience with a mouse-phobic McHale shows. We signed up for a year contract as opposed to a one time visit.

Description of Work: They sent their man to my home to look at a termite problem. He gave me very good advice, was very professional, and left without any charge. I would call them again in a minute, if I ever need the service.

Description of Work: I researched several companies before choosing them for my pest control contract. They won me when, instead of just a quick estimate over the phone, they sent two sales managers to my home to personally explain their services, look through my home to make sure there were no issues, and promptly followed up with a call. Now, I don't always want to spend this kind of time, but I felt it was an indication of how they would perform down the road. Had to call them in on a Friday morning because I was having guests that night and my porch "sprouted" spiders everywhere - they came that afternoon and took care of things.
