Description of Work: They evaluated the dampness problem in the lower level of our home- which is partially underground. We've had work done before including installing a Humidex machine which proved ineffective.. Frank, from Envirocare was knowledgable and professional and made recommendations which included: replacing drywall in a crawl space, ozone blasting and installing an Envirodry Dehumidifier (about 3 times the size and power of a standard home dehumidifier.) All work was done as scheduled and we are totally pleased! I would highly recommend this company!

This homeowner was referred to us by a neighbor who is pleased with our services. We gave her a quote for air duct cleaning including two air handlers, dozens of vents and a dryer vent. She signed the contract for us to do the work. She then kept moving the service date and finally cancelled the service. We refunded her the deposit. We conducted ourselves in a professional manner. Our cleaning methodology- negative air pressure and hand wiping of vents- results in satisfied customers who refer us to other homeowners. Description of Work: To resolve a termite problem, their man explored the soil, the lumber in the steps and gave very good advice on which materials to use as replacements -- lumber that would not be attractive to bugs. Very helpful advice. Highly recommended.

They cut into the wall where the hatch was and left it unfinished. They door no longer fit. They left it without any comment. The hatch door still had mold on it when they left. They left the dryer broken. The foreman came back from vacation and he admitted it was handled poorly. They sent another person on Saturday to try and fix the wall. He worked a good part of Saturday, said he would back and I have not heard from them since. It has just been left. I hired a different company for the dryer. There is a hole left in the wall; it was a finished wall. It appears the only way to fix it is to hire a woodworker. It has caused us more work and expenses.
Description of Work: They came out to remove mold, two tiles from the cealing and contaminants from the crawlspace. They also HEPA and biofogged the crawlspace. They cleaned the air vents and cleaned the dryer vents as well.
