Description of Work: Did complete renovation of our two bathrooms. New tub, vanity, toilet, and all ceramic tile. Also did tile counter-top and backslash in the kitchen after installing cabinets.

Description of Work: They refinished all the hardwood floors in the house and did a great job. The follow up was also excellent!

Description of Work: My old carpet was removed and taken away. The floor was repaired where old heat registers were removed. They sanded, stained and finished with three coats of sealer.

Description of Work: We had two sets of stairs refinished, a section of hardwood flooring replaced with new oak, and two long hallways sanded, stained and sealed. We also had the floor of our family room buffed and resealed.

Description of Work: I had one room in my 1BR apartment refinished which included removing the existing carpet and a complete restoration of the hardwood flooring underneath. The work was done on schedule and with great attention to detail.

Description of Work: First of all, Mr. Suarez of American Floor Masters, was absolutely professional in every way. From my first phone call, to estimates, comparison of products and installation. I called Mr. Saurez to setup a time and date for an estimate. Upon arriving at the apartment we discussed what we were looking for, whether hardwood, laminate or floating floors. Since we rent and do not own we decided on floating floors. Plus, the complex in which we live in is over 35 years old and the structure still settles from time to time. After we settled on that, Mr. Suarez proceed to measure the area we wanted done which were the entrance way, kitchen and living room. He proceeded to give us an estimate which we found very reasonable, as we had owned a home previously we already had an idea of what putting in hardwood floors or floating floors would basically cost us. The estimate was for labor and materials. So to save a little money we discussed with Mr. Suarez if we could pull the carpet up ourselves. Mr. Saurez was quite amicable to the suggestion and adjusted the estimate accordingly. Mr. Suarez and I made another appointment to look at different types of flooring that I might like in the sense of color and texture and look. Once I decided on what I wanted the purchase was made and a date set for installation. On the morning of the installation Mr. Saurez and his team were promptly there and after a few introductions we left them to their work. Later that evening, we came home from work finding the workers finishing up the installation and our apartment completely transformed. They put down the flooring, the molding put back all the furniture in its right place and left all spotless. We were all very pleased with the workmanship and care that was given to our new floors that day. It has definitely made our life much easier Mr. Suarez' professionalism, attention to detail, forthright business dealings make him and his team a pleasure, to not only work with, but someone we would highly recommend.
