The fact that my call was returned, even though my message made it clear that I was interested in work that this company does not do, is a real credit to this company and suggests that they treat their customers with courtesy and fairness.
Description of Work: I called regarding air duct cleaning and left a message on a voice mail apparatus. Mr. Young returned my call the same day, but said his company did not do duct cleaning, notwithstanding its being listed under that category with Angie's List. He recommended another company that he thought did do air duct cleaning and offered to help with plumbing work that I was also interested in having done.

WE CALLED FOR THEM TO COME AND REPAIR A LEAK UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK. THE WORKERS WERE ON TIME AND HAD THE JOB COMPLETED IN RECORD TIME. OUR SINK NO LONGER LEAKS.

I DID HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO ARRIVE, BUT I KNOW THEY ARE BUSY. THE WORK WAS FINE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE RECOMMENDED TO ME. I HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES FOR A LONG TIME.
