+ -1 moreHe was personable and pleasant to deal with at all times in all circumstances. He created friendly collaborative relationships with the maintenance staff at the building. He was meticulous, detail-oriented, and patient. He treated our apartment as if it were his own home. We wanted an exceptionally beautiful job done, and he did it!!!
Description of Work: paint entire 2-bedroom co-op apartment repair walls & ceiling where plaster was bubbling and crumbing removed built-up paint from window frames, door hinges, etc. repaired broken countertops in kitchen deep-cleaned stained countertops in kitchen removed unwanted track-lighting and repaired the ceiling Took care of many details, too numerous to list!!!
