Well Done Pest Control

Hired by the management company. They have been here 5 times and yet the problem persists. They keep saying they need to do follow ups but now (the 6th time) they havent even shown up and are not answering their phones. The quality is ineffective, their communication is inconsistent (the woman at the front desk knows nothing, ever. Gives us information inconsistent with the exterminators), and their punctuality does not exist! We are at our wits end trying to take care of this bed bug problem we moved into and this garbage company is just exacerbating the issue.

This is the worst situation I have ever had to deal with and the only reason I continued with them was because our management company was paying for it. The situation started when the inspector came to inspect our apartment and only looked at one mattress protector with his iPhone flashlight. During the treatments, they stole stuff from us and the exterminator peed in our washing machine. They also tried to make us reschedule multiple times and acted inconvenienced over the original times. Super disrespectful and unprofessional.

These guys came into my house while I was at work. They overturned all my furniture and threw all my pillows on the ground in the living room. The bedroom was also treated with extreme neglect. All my pillows and blankets were also on the ground in a dusty corner of my room. Super unprofessional behavior. I expect people to clean up after themselves if they are in my house. Not to mention, they didn't even show up the first time they said they were going to come. My advice: call another service. Ditch these guys.
