I was thrilled to find a plumber who knew how the heck to repair a tankless toilet!!!! They are hard to come by (even in athis great city of New York) and this company was fantastic. The part to repair the toilet was $800, but that is not their fault. At least I did not have to tear the bathroom wall down -- as other plumbers recommended -- to fix the problem. That would have cost me thousands of unnecessary dollars. Thank you Vigilante Plumbing -- and specifically Joshua Brzoza who is a wonderful technician and customer service representative who did everything he promised!

Frank is a very experienced repair person. He is efficient, hard working and very thorough. He explained the problem well and solved them well.

Staff at Vigilante are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant. They were able to answer all of my questions and they provide excellent customer service!!

I spoke to a receptionist who answered by saying how can i make you smile and by saying that it did. Then the plumber came to the door with a smile and with the same greeting with the receptionist. I was happy over all. Vigilante was the greatest.

They were very punctual, completed the installation promptly, and even cleaned up debris and water leaks from the old water heater that they replaced.
