Oleg and Alexandra are a pleasure to work with. Super easy process from scheduling to getting the appraisal. They sent me their license certificate and proof of insurance without me requesting it. Others wouldn't even think to ask if they are licensed or insured. Appraisal itself is on the spot of what the market conditions are in the area. Excellent service! I made the appt on Wednesday for a Saturday appraisal. Very prompt e-mail responses. Oleg came at the beginning of the one hour appt window. A quiet gentleman, he went through the house taking pictures, asking questions when necessary. Expected to receive rpt on Tuesday evening after 7pm, pleasantly surprised to receive a very thorough and professional appraisal Monday before 1pm. Couldn't ask for better service!
