Moni was very good manager and his workers very good. I would hire them again.

Moni is a liar, a thief and I really do pray him and his family suffer the same fate as my family has. You took something from us, I trusted you to do the right thing and return my money for undone, improper, just the atrocious mess you made at my home. I work really hard for my money, and for you make promises you will make it right and you do not so your word aint S*** like you. I want my money you piece of crap you will pay

I appreciate TS construction. They do very neat work and they can be trusted.. Moni. the supervisor is very caring and concerned about the work his people do. I believe you will get good work from this company.

The workers very caring clean & respectful of property as well as owner. I felt safe with them at my home. Their work was so good that I had them do more work than originally hire them for. It was a delight to have them show at my home. Mr. Moni & his staff was extremely Professional, hard working and punctual .they did a wonderful job. The Concrete backyard, Drive way, walkway & sidewalk is beautiful. Yes I will hire them again, and refer to my friends & family. TS keep up the great job.

The Contractor (Monie) never listens to the customer, he feels he should not be questioned about the job and that he knows everything. The stucco is cracking horribly after a month!

The company from the top to the workmen were very professional. They came on time and finished the job as planned. They explained what they were doing very clearly. They also left with some tips to maintain the project. We will definitely hire them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs concrete work.

Update: 06/21/2021 It hurts to write a bad review about Mone, a nice guy but enough is enough. The concrete patio is not even a year old, and a crack developed across the entire surface, The crack continues to spread along with 2 other cracks that have appeared. After 1 winter another section in front of my property is pitting in many sections. The patio does drain properly and is another story in itself. Mone has been back twice to see the problems and promises to repair them but in 6 months has not returned to fix them. I now must pay another company to do over a $10,000.00 job in less than a year. Needless to say, I will not be using services this time.

They were not equipped with what was needed to start the job and wasted a whole day unnecessarily. After pouring the first half of the driveway, the work was so sloppy we insisted they break most of it up and repour it. After completing the full cement job my outside drain was clogged with cement and I had to call a plumber in. I now have a recurring water issue I have never had before in the 25 years I live here. Very disappointed is an understatement.

Started off well enough with good communication... He gave me a timeline of 5-7 days to repave my driveway and front walkway, as well as install a PVC fence along the side and backyard of the house. Needless to say, it's OVER A MONTH later, and the work isn't complete. When they first laid the concrete, it was awesome! But a couple days later it rained and I noticed there was some water settling in the backyard; he promised to fix it. His crew just SLAPPED some cement on top of the work he had already done (Literally!) and now it looks AWFUL! The color is different and there are a bunch of cracked swirls EVERYWHERE! The front walkway has this ridiculous dark line because he laid concrete in TWO DIFFERENT SESSIONS in two halves, although he knew it was supposed to be a seamless job. "Give it a couple years and the colors will blend," he said.. Like... WHAT?! Also, there were two gates that were allegedly ordered when we first started and guess what--no gates! Of course, they were going to bring the gates today, which didn't happen. No mention has been made to correct the botched concrete job. They aren't answering my calls or texts. It's just a disaster, but I've just decided to cut my losses! Less

When concreting the base of my home they covered my well holes. I am hoping that they return to rectify the situation. If they do, I will change my rating.

I hired TS Construction through home advisor. I wanted my front porch power washed, repointed, granite treads replaced with limestone treads, pathway refilled with sand and handrails painted from white to black. Moni came with his uncle, pleasant people, the latter of who did a good job with pointing. However, Moni did a terrible job with the painting of 4 handrails, drips were left all over the rails. It looks like a child painted them. I believe they call themselves Master Painters with 5+ years experience. That is a joke!.... I will have to sand the handrails and redo myself. When a 3rd man came to bore holes in limestone, several chips were made on top limestone tread, I can only assume, with his drilling machine. The chips are very noticeable and it looks like the whole tread needs replacing. A week ago I bought it to Monis attention, and it is still not addressed. Today, walking down street, I noticed they left a large piece of limestone on the sidewalk in front of my neighbors house. I am not sure if this was an oversight on their behalf, but I had paid them to have debris cleared away. Now it's in my garage. Am really disappointed overall. The original quote was fair, but after seeing the poor workmanship, or lack of attention to detail, the cost was definitely not value for money. I would NOT recommend Moni, or this company to anyone. Moni just talks a good talk, but in practice, doesn't live up to his words.
