Everything was done as promised

Hiring this company was an expensive mistake for me. I wanted to change the design of the fence that came with my new house. The workmen were sloppy and getting rust all over my expensive new stonework. Mark kept saying he could fix it, but why fix a problem that could have been prevented in the first place? When he installed the first panel, it was wobbly and crooked. It was too big, so they forced it in, causing a crack in the newly repointed column. As another reviewer said, they are fond of working in the dark. You cannot paint correctly if you cannot see what you are doing. When I called the job off, he wanted to be paid almost in full for an incomplete job that I had to turn around and hire another contractor for. The new contractor was far more skilled, faster, and less expensive.

Our issues was with a brass bed that with broken railings and supports. As a furniture piece, aesthetics mattered. The pieces were picked up and delivered fixed within the day. A beautiful job executed on a timely basis and within budget. We highly recommend.

Mark has good reviews on this site. I did not have any of those experiences. He was on time for the 1st meeting and to pick up the gate. It is really disappointing that the entire project was done so shoddily. He might have been rushing to avoid the Home Advisor late fee. It seems like he rushed it or maybe he over-extended his team. They were late coming to install the gate. They were to be here at 10 am- they forgot a piece. Then they were to be here at 2 pm. They showed up at 5 pm on a Saturday. It was dark and they were trying to install a gate in the dark. He brought a lock that I did not approve of. I could not see any of the work. He came back Monday at 3 pm to finish and install the lock (which is now not working 3 days later). The finish work included- a can of spray paint- he did not cover the work area - there is paint on the wall; a poorly installed door handle; non-aligned plates; the non-working lock. All of this was completed in the dark- again. I had to stop him from spraying the spray paint because it was getting everywhere. I contacted him the next day to say I was unhappy with the work. He said he could come on Thursday at 12. Well, it is now 5 pm- no call, no text, and a non-working gate. that I spent $1200 on. He had me pay him via check made out to him, not his company. Really disappointed. I have no idea how this can be fixed. UPDATE: Should take out was very professional and Mark has good reviews on this site. I did not have any of those experiences. They were professional and courteous and responded to my need to have job done as soon as possible, which was next day.

the work was done quickly and efficiently. The men were very nice and polite. the job was done well. the only issue, which was not terrible, was that they did not come at the time when they said they would. They called me to make a later time that same day. They should have called me earlier in the day to let me now.

Very personable and professional . Due to rain we had trouble scheduling. I had other estimates on what was needed to repair my gate , he fixed it with far less iinconvenience or cost. His fee was fair. I would hire him again
