Not at all professional , a very bad experience with them. He had a fight with the Foreman who came to pick our stuff and he yelled at us for not paying in full. But we were informed that we need to pay half the amount on pick up and rest of the half on delivering the stuff to us at new address. Inspite of all that he demanded us to pay all the amount which we refused to do so. And after having a very bad experience i don't know Why i choose them again for my move?? This time the representative Renee there,informed that the old company has been into new management and it has been taken over but them and they will provide the best service this time. We moved recently from MD to NJ,and the only reason i went to them was thought we had a lot of trouble with the service,they did not charge me more,it was $800 for 1 Bedroom in 2012. So i thought the move will be the same again,they gave estimate as $1000 this time and i said ok and once our luggage is placed in the truck,the drama begin again. The foreman said it costs us $1800 now for the move,which was a really shocker for us. Who would even imagine that from $1000 it will go upto $1800. We want to cancel the service then and he said to cancel the service it would cost $800,so we were left with no other option rather than to pay them what they demanded. Now that company has moved into new management i thought they will do better job,but it was even more worse experience. The manager and the representative who spoke with us are unimaginably unprofessional and on top of everything the Foreman yelled at us for not pay the tip. OMG what a service is that??? We want to complain the same to BBB,but i want to warn my friends on Angieslist also.
Description of Work: That was the first time MOVE for us and we did had a very annoying experience with them. Its was Hurricane Sandy time even and he did drag my 1 Bedroom move for about 4-5 hours and on top of it he was smoking in my house and yelling at us for not paying the amount in Full.

I DO NOT KNOW IF I WOULD OR WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. A COUPLE OF THINGS WERE BROKEN IN THE MOVE, BUT WE DID MOVE IT SOME DISTANCE. I THOUGHT THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT IT WASN'T EXTRAORDINARY.
