Irresponsible, coward owner. I came to this place ordering 7 window guards, I paid the deposit and then the owner came to measure all the windows, showed enthusiasm and was nice, drew in his notebook the designs I wanted. Then about two weeks later he sent a crew to install them, I was at work and somebody from my house received them and they installed it. When I get home I notice that 2 of the window guards had a completely different design that I requested, I was really upset and called the owner the next day, upon hearing about it he told me that he was busy and that I should call him later, and when I called him later he wouldn't answer, so I called him 2 days later with hidden call id he answers me and tell me he's busy again, so I go to his shop and his employee tells me he's never here, that it's hard for him to find him there, etc, etc.

their price is very reasonable and were competitive with other iron companies. There work was good and they were very cooperative. I would use them again and highly recommend them.
