Description of Work: I've scheduled this guy three times to come do a small but neccessary regrouting job in our bathroom, and each time I've scheduled him, he has failed to show up or even call. Now I have a bigger tile job in addition to the grout job, but I will look elsewhere. He did do some regrouting for us several years ago, and that is the work that needs to be done again. To be fair, I'm not sure whether it's his fault that it needs to be done again, or the fault of the original contractor (who was My Home - they were terrible) or that the building is shifting.
