 + -1 moreOver the past decade, The Artful Dodger Painting Company has painted all the units in this building; entire apartments in this property as well as decorative restoration painting of a fireplace, repair of 140 year old canvas walls in the hallways. The work is of the highest quality! Daniel Genova is a a visual artist and is a pleasure to work with. He is highly knowledgable about paints, colors, techniques, etc. His work is neat and meticulous and he is responsive to the needs of the particular job and desires of the client. I recommend Daniel Genova and The Artful Dodger Painting Company highly and without reservation.
Description of Work: My property is an upscale Victorian multi unit building and for the past decade have only used Daniel Genova's The Artful Dodger Painting company. A year ago, one of the apartments which was briefly occupied became vacant. The painting needed was relatively small and essentially.consisted of touching up walls rather than a full painting of the apartment.
