 + -1 morePlease see above---the technician did not come, nor did he call.
Description of Work: Technician said he could treat part of my garage for termites on this day. Asked me to remove anything that would get in the way of his performance of the service----clear part of a wall. I did so removing much accumulated materials---it is a garage. Technician never called, nor did his office---waited then called office which advised me they would get right back---the call never came, I had to call them again. Spoke to technician who then said he might not be able to get to me this day. I said much stuff had been put in the back yard and it looked like rain etc. Technician said he would stop by--which he did, saying he would return latter. Which he never did. His office called much latter, after 8pm, they hung up when I picked up and I had to dial *69 to find out it was them calling. The secratery said she did not call earlier because she had her son's school "function" to attend. I had to put all my material back in the garage. I called the office and complained and asked for a definate appointment---this was on Tuesday the 14th. It is nowFriday the 17th and they have not called back . I have a contract with these people, and have been using them for 20 yrs + but service has become terrible.

 + -1 moreTHEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND PERFORMED AN EXCELLENT JOB. SINCE THEY HAVE PUT OUT THE BAIT AND SPRAYED, I'VE HAD NO FURTHER TROUBLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR PEST CONTROL SERVICES.
