 + -1 moreThe appointment went smoothly. The tech showed up on time and inspected the unit. He said he could repair it but needed a part. He said he would be back on Wednesday (this was on a Monday) to finish the repair. I took Wednesday off work and waited but no one called or showed up. I called to confirm and was promised a call back. No one called back. I called again the following week to set up another appointment for the repair and was promised a call back again to set up a time. No one called back. I don't know what is happening with this place... they were friendly but have missed one appointment and dropped the ball on two promised call backs. I am looking elsewhere for the repair. I am posting this review under Superior Cooling as well as the company seems to go by two different names at the same location.
Description of Work: Inspected leaking a/c unit that was damaging our wall.
