SUPER ROOFER

Billy removed my existing roof a few years ago and installed a new one. About a year later we had literal buckets of water in all our bedrooms. It was torture to get him on the phone - although he did come back and repair. He had said the wind picked up a flap and water got in, so repaired that. For the next 2 years every time we have a lot of rain with strong winds it rains in 2 bedrooms. Bill called back, said he would go up on my roof to see what was going on. Didn't show up until 3 weeks later, and he told my tenants that since i wasn't home I should call him. Not sure why - I have never been home for his visits or repair work before, he typically just accesses the roof with a ladder and does what needs doing. Another 2 weeks of phone calls, he finally called to say he would come during the week.Needless to say Bill never came, and now just does not return phone calls. Another roofer came to see what was happening and showed us the lousy job "SUPER roofer" did. Gaps, improper placement of the roofing materials... not enough tar on the seams. I would never recommend Super Roofer.

Super Roofer came quickly, put a crew in, and finished quickly in one day. I haven't had any problems with the roof since. Their price is reasonable for the area.

Within six months, leaks appeared in upstairs hallway. The company did return to correct the problem; however, six months after that MAJOR leaks appeared in two upstairs bedrooms. Phone calls to this company were never returned even though they had given us a guarantee. Finally, I had to engage a new roofer who corrected the problem at an additional cost, of course. Also had to repaint both upstairs bedrooms and hall. Terrible service- indifferent and sloppy work.

I FEEL THAT OVERALL THIS COMPANY WAS FANTASTIC. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR CLUTTER BEHIND THEMSELVES. I HAVE NO MORE PROBLEMS WITH MY ROOF LEAKING THANKS TO SUPER ROOFER.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. WHEN THEY CAME TO INSTALL THE ROOF THERE WERE TWO GUYS AND THEY WORKED WITH SUCH ENERGY, THAT THE JOB WAS FINISHED IN TWO DAYS.

THESE ROOFERS WORKED VERY HARD IN THE WARM WEATHER. MY ROOF CAME OUT BEAUTIFULLY. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS.
