Description of Work: About Andrew Haner (Sun-tect Architecture) If there is one thing that I have learned from Andrew about how to survive a renovation job, it's : "Expect the unexpected!" The remarkable thing about working with Andrew is that he always knows how to deal with whatever comes up. And always puts a positive spin on whatever happens. Andrew's is professional, smart, resourceful, extremely clever, and filled with terrific ideas. No matter what the circumstances, he knew how to take lemons and make lemonade!! He knows how to listen to his client, and respond to their needs and goals. He helped me to identify, and articulate exactly what I needed and wanted. Then we made it happen in reality. I always left him feeling positive. Not because there was necessarily something positive happening at the time, but because he had faith that it would all end well, and he made sure that it did. When I needed an ally, and support in negotiating with my contractor, Andrew was totally 100% in my corner and fully prepared to back me up whenever necessary.
