They are excellent. We had a little problem 4 years ago and they kind of took it personally. They did house in and out, basement, through concrete and they did not find an excuse to increase the charge. It's ironic because the one service you use takes their work seriously and professionally is an exterminator.

MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE AN ANNUAL CONTRACT WITH STAR AS WELL. WE USE THEIR SERVICES ONCE A YEAR FOR TERMITE SEASON CONTROL AND PROTECTION. THEY HAVE GOOD WORKERS, WHICH PROVIDE EXCELLENT SERVICE.

I LIKE THIS COMPANY VERY MUCH. I HAVE USED THEM FOR OVER 10 YEARS. THEY COME AND SPRAY ON A MONTHLY BASIS FOR BUGS INSIDE MY HOME. IF ANY ARE FOUND BEFORE THEIR NEXT VISIT THEY ALWAYS GIVE ME A DISCOUNT.
