Very professional and clean! They did a good job with adding drains and concrete in our basement and backyard. They left the place cleaner than they found it. Would recommend!

Paid for two workers till 8pm only one showed up didn't speak English. Didn't have proper tools. Left are uncleaned

I hired Shaun to Sheetrock and paint a small bathroom ceiling that had one small area that was damaged. I was going to do just the damaged area but he advised to do the entire ceiling. I agreed to this. It is a rental property, so I was not on the premises. Midway through the work he said his worker plastered over part of the wall that was damaged and said now I have to paint the walls. Of course he was going to charge me for this. I said, this was not in our agreement and you should have asked me first. He said he was doing me a favor. This is not a favor. It is a favor when there is no extra charge. Contractors cannot take the liberty of doing what they want. He said then he can remove the plaster he put on, but I didn’t think he could do it without messing up the wall, so I had to go along with it. Had we discussed the wall from the beginning , I could have made an informed decision. I did not appreciate him getting upset with me. He was totally wrong. The wall looked okay, so I decided to go along and pay for the painting also to avoid the mess of them removing. He then asked me to give him a five rating. Are you kidding? Then he said he rates the customers. Who cares? I am not worried. I am tired of contractors taking advantage and think they can get away with these sort of business tricks to make more money.

I met with a few contractors before deciding to work with Shaun on my bathroom remodel. He is extremely communicative and professional. He gave a good price and the quality of work is excellent. His workers were great to work with as well. They always showed up on time, and gladly came back to finish up the small details. I will highly recommend Shaun and his company Speedway to friends and family.

I am a contractor, I hired Shaun to plaster and we agreed on a price and Shaun said that it would take 2-3 days and I pd. him a deposit of $1200, they worked 2 days and I told him he needed more people is he was going to finish on the agreed date, after 3 days he said that he needed more money, so I gave him a $200 for a tip plus each of the guys a $50 tip plus $1000 in pay and they said that they would get the job done, on day four I called him so I called him and he said that since I gave them a tip they are drinking so I asked for my money back and also said that I was going to leave a rating, Shaun said that he did not care and he also said that I am not a god the most surprising thing for me is he gets his people off of the street to do the work, so disappointing,

Shaun is courteous, professional, and does excellent work. He installed a fence in our backyard in half a day and the results were to our specifications. We plan to work with him again for fencing our side yard.

I hired Speedway to repair my ceiling and they were there on the day they promised and completed the work on time. They were very professional and left the work area cleaner than when they arrived.

It was the owner and associate who came over. They were very friendly. They were very prompt. I would recommend them to everyone.

Speedway Construction was difficult to work with. They didn't respond quickly to calls or texts, changed the date/time several times, and when they did respond, they didn't answer the questions we asked. When they finally did come, they didn't have the needed materials (despite the fact that we sent pictures of the job), and we had to provide screws and drop clothes for a patch and paint job. They also didn't have a receipt for payment and promised an email receipt which we still have not received, despite paying them in full. The work was fine - not fantastic, but it wasn't terrible. We have another job that we were hoping to to do with them, but will be looking for another contractor.
