+ -1 moreWe were overall quite happy with Specialty. The only downside was that they didn't have a standard contract so we were nervous in the beginning. But James turned out to be really reliable, friendly, and did good work. Where we saw imperfections, he corrected all of them no questions asked, until we were satisfied. His prices were incredibly competitive (like less than half of some other quotes I recieved), and I was overall quite pleased wiht the work. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: The company ripped out an older (damaged) wood floor, removed trash, and installed a new (pre-finished) hardwood floor.

+ -1 moreEveryone showed up on time, had great communication and were extremely respectful. They were finished in 2 days. They bundled up all of the old moldings and left it out by the garbage. The floors came out great. Very professional and highly recommended.
Description of Work: James sanded 1200 square foot apartment in two days. 2 coats of poly and a sealer. They taped and sealed off closet contents, kitchen and bathroom and did a great job of dust containment. They also removed all the moldings.
