I called Sparrow to get information about a new lock for my entry door. Dror gave me straight talk about my options and answered all my questions clearly. He arrived on time and installed a high-security deadbolt to my 100 year old door with great care. The lock looks great, works great and he was very careful to clean up and explain how the new key worked. I'm very pleased.

It was wonderful - the team was very nice, professional, and efficient. I will absolutely hire them again. They installed some high quality new locks, and also fixed an interior door that never latched quite right.

The owner, Dror, was very helpful in establishing our needs to set up a video security system around the perimeter of our house while maintaining the architectural integrity of our Victorian home.
