camera repair
 + -1 moreFirst I email a question simply asking whether or not a certain camera comes with the battery or if I would have to purchase it separate. It takes you almost a week to respond with an email that says I need to call the sales department. So now I have called 3 times today and three times I am hung up on. The first time right off the bat. The second time someone answered the phone and then in the middle of my question I got hung up on again. The the third time I got hung up on right when the person answered the phone.
Description of Work: I was trying to buy a camera.
