Well, they claimed that I owed them money half way through the job and quit working. He was actually billing me more for time than he worked. He stopped working several months into the job and then he felt pretty stupid when my records showed that I was up to date on payment. After I had to embarrass him, he finally came back and finished. Some of his work did turn out pretty good.
