They came and did the work. When they left, the work looked excellent; but it didn't really hold up. The things that they were supposed to do, it looked like they didn't cover it up some mold and didn't clean as they were supposed to. It looked like they knew what they were doing. They took a lot of time to do the work. Now, I am looking at the areas that they were supposed to clean are being unmatched and dirty. I might have to call them back to finish up the bathroom and then show them where they should have been left. They didn't do everything they said. They did some things that were excellent. In the end, it didn't hold up. I just got on estimate from one person.
Description of Work: I hired Skill Construction Co for mold removal work.

Description of Work: remove old cauk in bath tub, cleaning grout and recalking, repair wood frame on door, cauking around tub inside and outside.
