I call simplify because I was having problems with my ethernet connection. They returned my call promptly and came out and trouble shoot the problem. The company was very good in following up with the repair that was done and I was happy with the job. That's a plus in my book.

Keith was very professional as he fixed our computer issue. He diagnosed the problem and effected a solution. He knew his business and completed the job efficiently and completely. He explained what the problem was and made sure everything was working correctly before he left our office.

Can not say enough about Keith and Kevin. Called them to get a quote for an updated phone system and we are now digital. Love the new system and they made the installation easy and the process smooth. They are always available if we have any questions or concerns. Simplify is a great professional company.
