what can i say but that burnett is an artist. i had interviewed other companies for refinishing my floor but after meeting burnett i knew he was the man to use. whereas the other companies told me it would take 1.5 - 2 days, burnett told me it would take 5. at first this threw me & wondered why 'so long' especially in comparison to the other companies. but as burnett explained, the sanding would be done in 3 passes & then each coat of poly (3) would need proper drying time. after this info i did a bit more research & understood that this was the right way to do the project. as for price, although the time was longer than the other companies, his price was less expensive. i am VERY glad i used burnett, the floors are beautiful & i know that rather than rushing through the refinishing, the appropriate time was taken & the floors will last a very long time.
