they did a great job repairing our water heater..

3 years ago Sessa Plumbing installed a new boiler in my building. All seemed fine until last week when National Grid was checking something in my building . They turned off the gas and took the meter because the pipe size to the boiler was incorrect. I reached out to Richie at Sessa. He said he would call me later and never got back to me. I called a few other plumbers who all came to look at the situation. I learned that the boiler was not installed to code. Also, it was not filed with the city and this is causing me additional costs and aggravation.

Not good, it came off the following day. Because of the Corona Virus I did not want the plumber to return. I UTUBE and fix it myself. Hopefully it will remain fix.

Our plumber arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly, but the price was higher than we expected it would be. He also talked us through some estimates for future work, which was helpful.

They are excellent work and I liked it.

We called two different places that Angie's List gave us. (Actually, Angie's List kept giving us places that were in other counties. After we'd rejected several of those, we were left with two that were actually local. Angie's List loses several points for trying to send us too far afield.) This place took a couple more days to get back to us with a quote than the other place did, and by the time we heard back from these guys, we'd already made an appointment with the other guys to do the job, so I'll never know how this company would have performed. Both companies charged us similar prices to give an estimate, and the estimates were similar.

They always do a good job. They were on time and professional. But I wish I could get in touch with them this morning. I called them several times but no one answers.

Job was completed however the faucet was not installed. I was told that it would not work...yet the price I paid for complete installation was not reduced.

Excellent work. A bit on the pricey side but excellent service.

The first appointment for this repair had to be rescheduled but, I was kept informed and, I understand that emergency repairs must take precedence, if it was my main drain stack that required repair I would want it done immediately too! I thought this drain repair might be easy so I thought about doing it myself. I am so happy I didn't, Frank from Sessa Plumbing did some real handcrafted quality work as only a pro can.

he came for the bathtub cleaned out some areas but did not have equipment for total cleaning. needed to return another day with proper equipment. another day wasted. a week later the main sewer clogged. called Saturday did not return call until Monday. cleared clog. now, 6 weeks later, bathtub emptying very slow and shower water filling tub while showering. problem not solved.

Very well. It was done in the time I was told it would be and the price was the best with a 5 years maintenance plan included.

Richie and other Sessa team members are very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They are also very warm and courteous. All jobs they did in my house turned out great. A little on the high end in terms of the cost but well worth it.

Good 10 minutes done and everything is good
