Description of Work: Re-installed under mount kitchen sink and instant hot water faucet, installed new kitchen faucet, replaced kitchen drain pipe, and replaced flush mechanism in toilet. Cost cited in this review includes all parts except kitchen faucet. | |This is the second time I had Sessa Plumbing do some work in my home. I highly recommend them. Richie Amato and his staff are very professional and punctual. The work has been very high quality and completed within the promised time frame. I assigned a B grade for price only because Sessa assesses a "diagnostic" fee for each service call, which is not credited toward the cost of services actually performed (and A- is not available). I definitely will use Sessa again.

Description of Work: Several jobs, nothing major, but the work was excellent!

Description of Work: DEP required us to replace the main valve on the incoming water service before it would install the required new electronic water meter, and assessed a stiff fine if we failed to comply within 45 days. We consulted several plumbers before joining Angie's List. One quoted a price of $550 but was not licensed ("I have a friend with a license, and I can use his"). Another said we had to lay a new pipe to the fire hydrant on the other side of the street, a job that involved tearing up the pavement, with the attendant plans and permits, and a cost of around $4,000. Sessa, once we called them, made and kept an appointment. Gave us an estimate of 650, which is exactly what the job cost. It was done in the predicted space of time and was pronounced perfect by the inspector from DEP. We spent $900, because we had the plumber replace some valves in another part of the house. This was an excellent experience.

Description of Work: The plumber from sessa came out for a call to fix a broken boiler, they did not have the part on their truck, so they ordered it and came back to replace the part on a day I was not home - we gave them a key, tehy let themselves in (property unoccupied at the time) and did a clean job. No complaints.

Description of Work: Service was excellent. Plumber was professional and spent time explaining what was causing back up and flooding in basement. And problem was solved before the hurricane came through. No Flooding! Would definitely use again.
