Excellent service. I've never had a problem using Sessa. Quality work every time!

I was assured that a tech would be calling soon as I waited at my leaky pipes, watching a puddle continue to grow. Nobody returned my two phone calls and I eventually had to find someone else after waiting during this emergency.

Very professional. Easy to schedule and came right on time. Richie told us it was not a leak, but condensation & recommended that we get someone else other than him to fix it because the job was one a handyman could do a lot less expensively than he. We appreciated his honesty. He also took a look at a couple of other issues we had & gave us 2 quotes. Gave good suggestions, but his Quotes were much higher than quotes we got from 2 other licensed plumbers. His was the also only company that didn't apply the evaluation fee to the cost of any work we would hire him for.

He had the right equipment and did his job. He left the basement cleaner than what it was. The price was reasonable.

I wish all tradespeople were this skilled and professional. They are pretty darn expensive, but after having tried many other plumbers and heating folks in the past, I find it's well worth it. I wouldn't call them to unclog a drain, but for more serious matters, you can't go wrong. In particular, Richie is tops for steam heat systems. Don't bother calling anyone else.

They consistently provide excellent service at a reasonable price. They are very responsive and work is done correctly the first time. I have never had to call them back to redo a job.

I was very pleased with the job they did!

Was able to go thru the wall with out taking down 2 walls the floor and the toilet. This main pipe had all the pipes fed into it and then flows into the main sewer line. Did a great job that we didnt have to put holes in 2 walls the floor and remove the toilet. Left the everything clean and was done in a day.

I got a few other quotes from two other companies and both were LESS THAN HALF the cost of Sessa. When I asked Sessa why their quote was so high, they could not give any other information aside from "that's our price"? no explanation at all. The plumber that came to our house also decided to go on vacation for the two weeks after he gave us an estimate, and apparently he was the only one who we could talk to about our toilet and radiator. I would never use this company again plainly because I think that they are ripping people off.

Sessa is very professional, they know what they're doing when it comes to boilers among other plumbing jobs...

The plumber found and fixed the problem quickly and with a smile.

Sessa Licensed Plumbing were very good. He saw something else we might have changed so we did that and everytime he looked at something it was an add on, that was the only thing. But he was all right. He handled the situation very good. The only thing I don't like about them, they give you a $49 fee added on, if you take the job it should be included in that. But he did good work.

They were extremely professional. They came into house wearing little paper boots so that they don’t get any dirt all over the place. They had a whole checklist and checked if I had any pets so that they don’t get out of the house while they were working. They cleaned up after themselves.

Same as above, no response from provider. Luckily it was not an emergency as I anticipated a call back.

Frank arrived on time, as usual. His work was neat and professional. Everything went smoothly.

Incredibly professional. Ritchie was down to earth and made a few simple, inexpensive recommendations that other "top rated" heating specialists failed to note. And, he wore shoe covers in the house!

I've been using them for several years and they are always very responsive. I was surprised the price for the last job was so cheap. They came, looked at it and fixed it. They were done within 25-30 minutes at the most. They were here within 1.5 hours of my call.

The water-refill switch on my 12 year old steam-heat boiler broke. My husband and our local handyman tried to knock it back into action, but that didn't go so well. (Don't ask!) So after we mopped up, I called Sessa and wow: I was so impressed. The phone scheduling was actually a pleasure (right? thanks, Ellen) and their precise time frame with follow-up calls is terrific for a working person. They arrived exactly when they said they would. They were super-clean (booties over their work boots!!) super professional, master plumbers. They took the time to explain everything to me...labeled my emergency cut-off valves and feeder lines and outlined all costs and work fees before they did anything. NO surprises. I learned that I'm supposed to be doing simple monthly maintenance on the boiler and have it serviced yearly. (oops) The price I quoted reflects the two visits, the replacing and reconfiguring the broken switch (the complex part alone cost approx $750.00) and a complete boiler cleaning/servicing with their annual maintenance plan. (This plan would have covered the cost of the switch so it's a no brainer to contract for the future parts & labor on a system that will cost maybe $10,000. to replace.)_x000D_|I will never cut corners on the plumbing systems in my 80 year-old townhouse again. These guys are the top of the line. It's such a relief to be treated so respectfully and with such patience. My husband and I are very happy with their company._x000D_|

Provider communicated extremely effectively before and during the job. Technician was skilled and courteous, and stayed late to finish the job when it became clear that it was more complex than inspected. Work quality far exceeded already-high expectations. Only complaint is that prices were high -- over $2500 for one day's work, with minimal materials. Quote was transparent and I OK'd it given my confidence in the quality of the workmanship.

Only complaint I have is that when I proposed a cheaper and easier fix to the problem (which was to simply divert the excess fluid that was leaking out to a drainage pipe) his answer was that It'd be more expensive to lose that much water. I was probably wasting 10 gal of water a week (and BTW I don't pay for water). That's about 1-2 showers. I take more showers when I work out and in the summer anyways so probably negligible. Not a big expense and probably would have worked just as well, but this guy definitely wanted to make some money.

The plumber came to determine the extent of the work. The provided a detailed explanation of the work that needed to be done. They returned with the required parts at the agreed time to complete the work. The work was completed. They left the area clean and everything has worked perfectly since. Excellent job.

This is my second review of Sessa Plumbing and it's same as the first, outstanding! This time Sessa recommended a plumbing fixture showroom, Solco in Bensonhurst Brooklyn, where my wife and I received great service from Stephanie in selecting a sink and vanity for our bathroom. Today they made the installation, it is perfect. Again they showed up on time, worked like surgeons and charged exactly what was discussed. I have only praise for Sessa and will be using them again when we upgrade our toilet!

They were very professional and were dressed in uniform. They seemed to know what they were doing and I was very satisfied.

When I call Sessa they made an appointment to come and estimate the costs. They advised there was a fee for the estimate. After checking out the job, he left me with booklets to make my choices for installation. I had already purchased a sink and vanity for the bathroom which he agreed could be installed. The next day I called and informed Sessa with a few choices. The following day Sessa called left a message with the pricing estimate. The appointment was three weeks later. This was in the middle of Sandy. Frankie called before he arrived for our appointment. He as polite and neat. He went straight to work. I was happy witrh Frankie and the good job.

Sessa Plumbing was outstanding from the first contact. I sent a picture of the valve by email and got response immediately with a price. The job required the water to be turned off in my building affecting five other apartments. Sessa sent the management company licensing and insurance information and sped that process. Arrived on time, charged less than was discussed, finished in under an hour and checked out a future project. I give them my highest possible recommendation and will be using them again.
