Description of Work: Last year, SESSA did all the plumbing work for a bathroom and kitchen renovation that we did. This month, the flush mechanism on the in-the-wall toilet system started sticking. Richie (the owner) came quickly, diagnosed and solved the problem for no additional charge. We have used SESSA for a number of major projects on this 100-year-old house. For instance, last year a sudden torrential downpour flooded our basement (and everyone else's in the neighborhood), because the city's storm sewers couldn't handle the volume of water, and it backed up into our houses. Richie replaced all the the waste line access caps on the pipes in our basement, and assured it wouldn't happen again. Despite repeated heavy downpours since then, our basement has been completely dry. Richie has been consistently responsive and effective. I have great confidence in him.

Technician was professional and businesslike. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained it clearly. He reviewed pricing policies up front (flat rate per job component), suggested work but did not try to push us. We agreed to the new drain and hose because they seemed reasonable (and because he was there anyway), and he discounted the price of the drain. The cost was as expected. In 16 years of co-op ownership, this was my best experience with a plumber and I would definitely use Sessa again.
Description of Work: Kitchen sink was leaking. Technician replaced two pipes under sink, and installed a new drain and new sprinkler hose.
