It went well. I initially thought Richie, the person that gave the evaluation prior to work being done would do the job. But someone else came and wasn't familar with everything that Richie and I discussed. Richie stated that once the proper piping was installed the snaking might not be necessary, but the plumber he sent insisted that the snaking must be done prior to the pipes being connected. This added to the already costly repair. The plumber did an excellent job, and also stated in writing all of the improper work done by the contracting company that did the bathroom renovation.

Done professionally, was eager to explain to me the details and procedures relevant to services performed and what I need to do to maintain the system running well; services were performed well with no pressure to do unnecessary work.

I called, left a detailed message and I never heard back from them. I wouldn't recommend a business that doesn't return their phone calls.

The jobs went well and have no problems. The service is very good and we are very happy. Everything was handled very professionally.

I had a sudden leak in my shower that started after I put in a new shower head. SESSA did a great job diagnosing the problem (a stripped elbow joint that got jostled when I put in the new shower head) and tried several minimally invasive approaches...ultimately he had to cut a small hole in the wall, but he did so with minimal damage. My plumber from SESSA was neat, thorough, polite, skilled, and very communicative - he explained every aspect of the job and my options at each stage. The new pipe and elbow joint completely solved the problem.

Our basement was flooding every time we used our washer. The office staff was friendly and they were able to come within a few days. He was late but was able to correct the problem quickly.

I first need to say how unusual it is for any service company to actually call to say they're on their way, and to show up on time. That tells me that they respect my time and it seals the deal for me. I have had plumbers not even show up and not call to say they're not coming, which is very frustrating. The technician called to say he was coming, came on time, went right to work, and within 2 hours or less the entire job was done. He was pleasant, did clean work, took all of my old stuff out, even put all of the cardboard boxes my new toilet came in together for me to set out for recycling. He did a great job putting in my new toilet/tank, and instead of just installing a showerhead, brought along several showerhead designs for me to choose from. It doesn't get much better than that. I have several projects planned for the next year or two and will definitely call Sessa again. I've finally found a reliable plumbing company!!

We've used Sessa Plumbing several times and have been extremely happy. Office is very courteous and friendly and service has been prompt, neat and professional. They're not the least expensive but completely worth what they charge.

They are like the best company. This is the third job they have done for us and we love them. They are always on budget, time and clean up. They are always courteous, through and do constant checking of job as it is in process. They are easy to get in contact with them and they are really 24/7. They don?t take the final payment until the job is done to your satisfaction. They usually do their payments in thirds and the first third as a deposit, the second when they are 50% into the job and the last when they completed and when is to your satisfaction. The company owner is fantastic and when he was actually on vacation with his family in Disney world and he still checked in twice with us. I also got a text from him asking me how the boys were doing and it is fantastic company.

I was very impressed he gave me the advice over the phone. I was able to purchase the part from a hardware store and fix it myself. He was just very honest me.

The plumbers came on time, with a call a few minutes beforehand saying they are on the way, and came and efficently cleaned out the pipes. Explained what was wrong and then cleaned it right away. I personally love the fact that they wear these socks over their shoes, so my floors stay clean. They also clean up after themselves. They finished snaking the drain and cleaning in about 30 minutes.

They fixed the problem that several other plumbers could not do.

We couldn't get an appointment on a Saturday with our regular plumber, so we gave them a call because of their solid ratings on Angie's List. They were able to come out quickly, worked efficiently, and took care of three small projects on our list. The plumber actually identified a couple of other small issues (which we'd heard about from our other plumber, but which are low-priority things for us). I think we'll be going back to Sessa in the future, because they were prompt, efficient, and reasonable.

He was on time, very professional. My only complaint was the price - I couldn't get an estimate for the job over the phone, so I just had to wait until he arrived to find out how much it would cost. I found out later that $500 to connect a washer/dryer is ridiculously high.

Downstairs neighbor noticed a wet spot and bulge in her bathroom ceiling. Building plumbers looked at situation and proposed an expensive repair. Independent plumber brought in by apt owner (building is a condo) suggested an alternative repair along with the full replacement dictated by building plumber. Owner used the alternative repair. Sessa Plumbing arrived on time and completed the repair. They gave an estimate of a one day repair though they needed an extra day to allow sealant to fully cure. Arrived on time the next day, tested and completed the repair. The estimator and the service person were both friendly, fully explained the job and options, and answered questions. The service person who did the work, cleaned up well and was professional.

The serviceman from Sessa arrived at my house on time to the minute and was pleasant and courteous. He got right down to business and completed the work in a timely manner. The quality of the work was excellent, although they are a bit pricey.

This company was recommended to us a while ago and ever since then we have been very happy with them. The man that comes is very knowledgeable in his field. I am comfortable when he is in my home.

I did not choose to pay for an estimate.

The plumber was friendly and professional. He advised me not to pay for new drainage piping if I planned to renovate the bathroom (which I do). He said it wouldn't be worth it if the renovation would be any time soon. He recommended that we place plastic tarp around the tub and shower head to prevent any future leaking. I was glad he didn't invent work but rather honestly said it wouldn't be worth it. He also said his firm could do the renovation. Although Sessa does charge an evaluation fee (rather than do a free estimate), the service was good.

It turned out to be a tiling issue so there was not much actual plumbing "work" to be done, rather it was more like an investigation. They charged me their minimum consulting fee, which I was happy to pay because this leak had been misdiagnosed by other plumbers in the past, and Sessa was finally able to give me an explanation for the leak which made sense. They referred me to a tiling contractor.

The company returned my phone call quickly, their plumber arrived on time, and was courteous and professional.

Richie, the technician, was polite, funny, and informative. Within an hour, he'd determined my upstairs neighbors had turned their radiator valve partly closed, trapping water in the system. He went upstairs, opened their valve, and the noise was gone! He also recommended a cleaning for our boiler and noted that the boiler may flood after the water comes back into the system from upstairs and gave me an estimate for fixing that.

Job 1. Came when they said that they would. (That's rare enough). Not cheap but just the fact that they show up is good enough for me. They do a good job also. Would use them again. Job 2. Guys a real mench. Shows up when he says he is going to show up. Does a nice job. Just showing up put him high on my list !!!

Sessa's plumber showed up on time, took apart the boiler, cleaned all the parts, flushed it, brought up the pressure, checked everything, and put it all back together. He explained how the boiler worked, it's age, and how much life it has left in it. He labeled all the parts with orange tags and told me what to do in an emergency. He checked all the radiators and replaced vents on the ones that were not working properly. He was friendly, courteous, relaxed, explained everything, gave great advice, and got my house heated. He gave me a brochure detailing Sessa's customer club for discounts and priority service. It seems pretty reasonable. I am happy with Sessa's work and will definitely use them again.
