+ -1 moreThe mechanism was easy to use and install, even so after a couple of years, the pull tapes were not working evenly, so when I enquirer they sent out a technician to fix it for free- also needed to re-attach my pull chain because I had yanked it too hard. Very courteous, very prompt. If you don't see, they also do custom blinds of all sorts. Top quality! When I ordered the second two Silent Gliss mechanisms, they were less money because they no longer have to send to Germany.
Description of Work: I wanted to make roman shades for a few of my in-shuttered windows in a very old brownstone. Because they are oversized, I needed good hardware. Sampson mills provided Silent Gliss mechanisms from Germany. I made the first, and just custom ordered the next two.

+ -1 moreVery good. Everything worked as planned. Leave time for manufacturing, however.
Description of Work: They made to order several roman shade mechanisms for oversized windows. I make the shade itself and they made the metal operating mechanism. Great duo. In addition, they sent out a technician to help me when I broke a chain - not big deal - and did not charge for this service.
