Description of Work: They replaced a few broken panes in the upstairs and downstairs windows. Both the customer service and clarity when I called to ask about work terms and prices and the onsite service went very well. My tenant and I had a very hard time getting clear and timely information on pricing from another service provider, so dealing with Sam the Glazier was especially appreciated.

+ -1 moreAwesome. I called at 11am. They were booked, but called right back after a cancellation. All told, my windows were good as new in less than 3 hours. I'd use these guys again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: Came to my house, removed two double-hung windows frames with broken panes, took them back to their shop, fabricated new panes, reassembled the windows.
