Rahman came quickly the same day that I requested a quote. He was friendly and efficient. Scheduled for ten days from now. I will post the results of the work once completed.

It went well. Work was professionally done and l was very pleased.

Great I had a leak on the ceiling of the first floor apt n Rahman gave me a new roof n pitch it correctly so water would run off. Then I had a lot of cracks in the concrete of my driveway n water was getting into the basement so I asked Rahman do redo the concrete on my driveway. Both jobs were done efficiently reasonably priced n professionally. Would definitely recommend S & R Contracting

Quick to respond to texts and calls, provided me with an in-person estimate on the same day I first called them. Answered my questions fully and stuck to the schedule they laid out for me. Did excellent work fixing up a shower where some of the wall tiles had collapsed and regrouting and recaulking where necessary to reinforce the shower as a whole.

Project was well done in timely manner. Provider was professional; he gave meaningful suggestions and I was pleased with the result. I highly recommend his service and will certainly hire him again. SW

I will be hiring these guys again for all future concrete and masonry and brownstone repair work. Hard to find folks who take genuine pride in their work so feel very lucky to have found them.

Roof started leaking in places that it didn't leak when he installed the new roof. He said that he will be coming, but he never came back. He claimed that he came but he didn't check the roof. For months at least 3 months he said that he will be coming next week but he never showed up. He wouldn't answer my calls and I need to call from a different number then he said that he will not be coming and he hung up on me. He gave a 10 year warranty and it's worthless.

Rahman and crew did an excellent job. They were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up nicely after each day of work. The price was fair, and the results turned out beautifully. We were happy with the job.

Job went well. No issues. Guys worked two full days. Repaired some concrete posts, some cracks in back of building, and added some concrete in front of an exterior door to help with a drainage issue.

S & R provided top notch work on our patio in Brooklyn. The concrete was cracked and needed to be removed, and the old stonework separating the flower beds from the paths was a mess. Rahman and his crew expertly re-poured the pathways ad straightened all the stonework so it looks perfect. They sloped it correctly to the drain and also added coats of stucco to an old bring wall. The craftsmanship with cement is remarkable. They were timely and reasonable cost. This is the second time working with S & R--always excellent results.

The repair looks great. They came on time and were very professional. The cost was reasonable and they made sure to clean up whatever ever scrap was left from the job.

Rahman was very responsive with getting me an estimate. He came when he had time and he and his team did a great job with chipping away our old cement on our balcony and nicely laying new cement with a correct pitch for water drainage. Rahman and his team were friendly and cleaned up after. The balcony looks great now. He also caulked the sliding door and fixed some old mortar between the bricks. See before and after photos.

I was extremely pleased with the work done. Mr. Rahman was pleasant, honest about what was needed and punctual. The jobs were completed when he said they would be. The final job was excellent. The cost was reasonable for the amount of work that was required. I would recommend to anyone who is need of home repairs.

Very professional and responsive. They saved me money by correctly locating the persistent water leak into the second floor of my house. I had a number of roofers look at the roof and work on it but the problem didn't go away until Rahman pointed out the side of my house where mortar has worn off and the water was entering the sub roof and the house. Rahman did an exceptional job on all the projects we hired him for. We actually hired him twice because we were so satisfied with the first job. Rahman and his team fixed a leak in our roof, redid our entire roofing, fixed all the cracks in the back of our building, and repainted it. He also repaired the window frame in our apartment that was damaged from leaking water and repainted that as well. Then we hired him again to scrape and repaint our gates and front door. He was reliable, fast and very kind. He always checked in with us and made sure we were happy with his work. Thank you!

Nightmare. This contractor came and gave me an initial estimate of the job. We agreed on said payment. Half way thru the job, I found out that this contractor had subcontracted the job to another contractor. I was told by the subcontractor that the job was going to be an additional 1500 dollars more. I called Rahman several time and he never returned my call. I would not recomend this contractor.

Rahman did a good job and did it quickly for a great price. Will use him again for other projects that pop up.
