Horrible, never returned my call

I should have used R.S. Construction, I went with someone else and I regret it. The quote was fair and the guy who came out was very nice. He came out a few times and was very patient with me. He showed me some of his old work and I was very impressed.

Raez was nothing short of professional. My initial call was returned asap. He was punctual, friendly and very accommodating, not to mention he's knowledgeable in his profession. He had a contract and was ready to go (once deposit made)! I would definitely recommend Raez to anyone who requires his service because you will not be disappointed. Myself and my client were very pleased with his work and we would definitely hire his services again.

In response to phone inquiry, supervisor came to my home, examined sidewalk, & gave written estimate of $1500 (plus $1100 for another job that I decided not to do at present). I mentioned that I had found him on Angie's List and he applied a 10% discount. I was worried that the City would come and destroy my sidewalk before he got around to working on it, so I asked him (a) to get started as soon as possible, and (b) put up a sign immediately indicating that the work was underway. He said he would put up the sign, and that never happened. However, once he and his crew showed up a few days later, things went very smoothly, and the work appears to be good quality. I've checked "N/A" for "price" above because I was unable to get any competing quotes -- none of the other contractors I contacted returned my phone calls -- so I don't know whether this was a good price. UPDATE: a few days later, I noticed that some of the mortar was already cracking. Several weeks later, the city re-inspected my sidewalk and said it still didn't pass inspection because the contractor had "patched" the stones (fit small pieces together, rather than using only large rectangles). This was what I had agreed on with the contractor, but he should have known this technique wouldn't satisfy City requirements. I called him back to ask about this, and haven't gotten a return call.

Everything was done in a timely fashion. There were a few clean-up details left undone and they came back promptly and finished them.

He is very understanding and compassionate of the customer's need. I know I could trust him. He did a good job on our roof and there is no leak since then and I am assured by him he will come back if there will a leak and he will fixed it. The warranty of 10 years gave me assurance that I could depend on him.
