My initial conversation with Mr. Baptiste went really well. He agreed to install a dusk to dawn light for me on a certain date. I also shared with him that we will have a much bigger job he might be interested in looking at when he installs the light. He asked me to send him photos of that job. I emailed the pictures to him, left a voice message, and sent him a lengthy text message. He has not replied to ANY of my communication. I left one last voice message stating that I would, at minimum, appreciate a courtesy call to confirm that he would still be able to install the dusk to dawn light on the agreed upon date as I did not want to be held hostage or be told at the last minute he needed to reschedule. I received no response from him to that or any of my other messages. I moved on. While I understand the nature of the work, given our initial conversation, I am disappointed in Mr. Baptiste's lack of communication. He may be skilled and licensed but this terrible customer service!

Irving Baptiste was the most professional, knowledgeable and experienced gentleman I have come across in the field. He came on the day and time promised, inspected the job thoroughly and provided an estimate within next couple of days. Once agreed on the price and scope of work, he took almost reasonable deposit, purchased all the material as necessary and started the work within next couple of days thereafter. During the process, he discovered numerous issues but rectified them very gracefully and professionally. In addition to fixing the violations, he also pleasantly surprised us with a few minor upgrades.He completed the job within two weeks and filed for inspection right away. Needless to say, we passed the first time around.
