I learned so much from Sean about roofing. He kept me informed every step of the way. He showed me pictures and explained the materials and process. The workers were reliable, courteous and hard working. The job was done is less than a week. The price was very fair for the quality of the work. The warranty and customer satisfaction ratings were the best of all that were offered from other companies.

I submitted request on Sunday and got response from Royal Renovators the same day. I got the decent price over the phone and job was done on Tuesday. Two guys did an outstanding job and I was very happy with it. I would definitely recommend Royal Renovators to my friends and family.

All turned out well after some miss communication. Replace 2 sections of siding, installed flashing and water proofed 2 vent stacks.

I called Sean at Royal Renovators and he picked up immediately on a Sunday night. I emailed some pictures and we agreed on an estimate over the phone. Sean didn't need to come in person. He emailed me the detailed contract, his insurance, and workers comp info the next day. His two guys came the following day as agreed at 9AM. They did an amazing job and the lead contractor (Omar) had 11 years of experience and it showed. They worked six hours straight without taking a break for lunch. The work was level and detailed. It looked good as new. I will definitely be calling Royal Renovators again. The price was very reasonable and a couple of my neighbors agreed that these guys were pros. One - hopefully minor - thing that I didn't like was that they used one long rain gutter which connected my building with my neighbors since I paid for both rain gutters. I would have preferred to have a completely separate rain gutter since my neighbor is absentee and rarely maintains his property. But, this is partially my fault for not explicitly getting that in writing in the contract. However, I sleep better knowing that they have a lifetime warranty on their work. I had a great experience. My problem was completely solved in two days with minimal hassles. The price was reasonable and it was done right the first time. Highly recommended.

I got a call 5 minutes after I requested a quote at 9pm and they sent someone to do the work the following morning. They installed a new gutter and flashing on the roof and both were done were great attention to detail and they look great. I will certainly be using them again in the future.

All I can say is wow! Came last minute on Christmas day! The best service done same day couldn't have asked for a better more efficient job. Made it in time for Christmas dinner. We now have the best roof on the block!

This company showed up on time as promised 9am on a Saturday morning the weekend after thanksgiving. They did this to accommodate my work schedule. They were friendly knowledgeably and took the time to go over the job with me. By the why the job was to redo what a local contractor completely did wrong and ruined the exterior of my home and ripped me off as well. This company made it right. Started fresh undoing the other guys mistakes. Made my hime beautiful again. A weight was lifted off ny shoulders when they left. I already have more projects for them lined up. These guys delivered.

Great experience from start to finish. From the estimator who was very professional to the project manager who was very reponsive to the on site team who were very cordial and did a great job. I would hire them for future roofing jobs.

They were very professional Paul explain and showed me pictures of my roof. They discovered that the problem of my leak was do to the work I had done 5 years prior was not complete left nails sticking out etc. Work was done quickly.

Did a flat roof for me and my wife's house. I was amazed at the company's service, Paul the estimator was very professional, explained everything well and answered all of my questions. Sean the project manager came ahead of time, to make sure all the guys were set up. The workers were superb and cleaned up when they were finished. The roofers and gutter guys were very thorough, and completed the project in one day. Would use them again in the future.

Better communication as to arrival and departure. Didn't hire them for my main roof, but to place a roof on my shed. Paul discovered an issue with the job that was done by locals on my main house roof, and told me my money would be better spent repairing the damage that the locals did not handle properly, and for that I am grateful! He could have told me that I needed a complete tear down, but he went up there, took a video of the shoddy work, and told me that layering would fix the problem, which was a much more affordable solution. I would still contact them for work on my shed because I need the storage space.
