royal appliance repair

I've used him in the past. He is reliable. Out of all the appliance companies I've called, he is the only one that answers the phone immediately When he says he will be there, he actually will be there. I've never called them and had them say they would see me next week or two days after; it is always the next day. They jump to whatever I want them to do. Their pricing is very fair. It is not the cheapest, but it is very fair. I could find it cheaper but they are down there. I don't think I've had any other contractor that is as quick to jump and snap at things. The technicians are phenomenal and know what they are doing but sometimes it is a little hard to communicate with them. I would absolutely use them again.
