Description of Work: I had a horrible problem with a roof drain leaking into the interior wall of the house. Mike was really professional, courteous and found a really great solution to my problem within my budget. He gets extra points in my book for being able to deal not only with snow and ice and bitter cold without complaint, but also my chaotic household and our goofy schedule. Roofmaster rules!

Description of Work: Mike fixed a botched roof job, replaced a skylight window pane and replaced an old wood roof hatch. He and his guys were FANTASTIC. Always on time. Called to schedule and picked up the phone when I called. Great work, what a find!

Description of Work: Mike did an estimate for me and was knowledgeable and honest. However, he then, despite multiple follow ups by me, failed to even get me a contract for the work (though said multiple times he would). He also was only ever available to meet at 10 AM or later, making it very difficult for me with respect to work -- I would have to take a morning off just to meet with Mike. Why couldn't he meet at 8 or 9? Probably too lazy to get out of bed -- at one point when I told him it was tough for me to be home at 10 AM, he said I was "chasing the almighty buck." Not worth dealing with this kind of unpredictability.

Description of Work: Mike was very punctual, knowledgeable and to the point HOWEVER we were irked with his pricing chutzpah. He quoted us a price that was THREE times more expensive then his peers. We got 4x quotes in total, but he was just RIDICULOUS. There is a difference between a good price, fair & expensive, he was VERY expensive.
