Mike responded promptly to my call, gave the most thorough item by item estimate. When I called to have work done a few weeks later, he was in contact with me two or three times when rain canceled the job. When he came, he and his crew(4) were prompt, courteous, efficient and quick, completing all the tasks in about 5 hours. Mike oversaw the entire operation. Clean up was thorough.

Mike and his crew were, from the very moment I called, responsive, polite, courteous, punctual, and in general dreamy to work with. He/They impressed our co-op board president and the building with punctuality and reliability. The work was done really well. They cleaned up everything, and I have no complaints. I would absolutely recommend Roofmaster NYC to everyone, and hope that we can go to them again when our building needs a completely new roof.

Went great from the time he came out to the building to look at the problems and get us a estimate to when the work was done. Will refer and use his company again and again.

The company came when they said they were going to. They did the job quickly. The worker was neat and left no mess. We were happy with the job that was done.

Mike was very patient in my opinion discussing all the different options for my roof, including some green options, and showed me samples of the different products he used. While he followed up with me, I did not experience him as pushy in any way; he encouraged me to get other bids and sit with the decision before calling him back. I really like his products (including sky light) and comments/examples on his website; when I decided to go ahead with the repair, he very quickly fit me in his schedule, moving some things around to accommodate me since my roof was leaking water pretty seriously and causing damage inside. When he started, he worked quickly, did a great job--beyond what I thought the job would involve, since we didn't know that three beams and all the decking needed to be replaced. He did not charge me more even tho he did a lot more work than we'd originally contracted for (he told me he'd replace all the decking if need be AND that it was remote that this would be necessary---and then it was). He also took pics for me of job in progress (saving me from climbing up on roof) and updated me on how job was going. After completing the job, he's called twice to check in, to see how it's going. This guy is great! I also think he gave me a very good price given all the work he did and quality products he used. I found him off Angie's list and am SO glad I did!

They were good, they were very professional. I am not sure about the price but I feel that I got my money's worth. They did a good job.

He gave me the most un-believable roof. His prices are way out of control. It is ridiculous and I would never use them.

He is very reliable and friendly. He is also clean and punctual. He is great for anyone, because he is so easy to get along with. When he ordered the glass, it came exactly when he said it would.

These guys were great from start to finish. Mike was very responsive to my calls and emails and was on top of the job right away. He was always more than friendly and seemed honest from the very start. The green roof was his idea (which I loved) and he worked with me quite well on the price until we came to a figure everyone could live with. He had clearly done a lot of research on the products that were installed and it was obvious to me that he and his crew took great pride in their work.

We had other people over to try and fix our leaking roof for the past 4 years. No one was able to take care of the problem except Roofmaster. Mike showed up quickly after I called and gave me a fair price. He was here every day with his guys from 9 am until 6 pm. Our house hasn't leaded a drop of water since our new roof was installed. Excellent work and clean up.

Kevin was prompt to the initial appointment, and after looking over the problem areas, was able to articulate to me the reason for our leaks clearly. He gave a quote on the spot. When his crew finally came by to fix the leaks (after a few postponements), they were professional and quick. We have had no leaks since (four weeks later).

Roofmaster did a beautiful job. Personnel arrived at 9:00 am. ever day of the project and went straight to work. The roof and surrounding areas were clear of debris after construction had completed. Overall, Roofmaster is a really good find in a market where good companies and high quality work are hard to find.

I just loved them! The work was meticulous, having this crew of guys around was great - everyone of them was courteous, hard working and diligent. The clean up was perfect, and the work was carefully done. Everything I could dream of in a crew!
