I am disappointed in the lack of service we received. I talked to Richie about washing the windows in our house in Flatbush and agreed on a price. He said his crew would arrive at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 1 to do the job. They never showed up. I had Richie paged and left several messages on his answering machine, but never received a return call. If there was a problem, he could have at least called to explain why he couldn't to the job. We got up early to prepare for the job and waited most of the day in hopes he would show up. But to no avail. I will be looking for a more reliable company.
Description of Work: Job not performed and received no response to a number of calls.

I was very happy with Richies Window Cleaning Service. They came on time and did a very good job of cleaning the windows. The windows were very nice looking when they were done. Their price was very reasonable.
Description of Work: They washed 6 windows in my apartment. They cleaned both inside and outside.
